a nice ass
One of my reasons for this blog is accountability. So this is where I tell the blog what I plan on doing and then I have to do it.
I picked up this kettlebell the other day. I’ve done a bunch of reading and if you believe what I’ve read its the perfect exercise.
I’m going to start training with this kettlebell tomorrow. My plan is to start with 10 reps 5 times and work myself up to a total of 100 reps. I am going to try do this daily. And if what I read is correct, it shouldn’t take me more than about 10 minutes to complete this. And in no time at all, I will have that nice ass.
